Step 1:<\/strong> In the Verified WhatsApp Service<\/strong> section of your MsgClub dashboard, go to Integration<\/strong> from the left-hand menu, then select Shopify<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

• Configuration Name: <\/strong>Write your setup name and make it unique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• URL: <\/strong>MsgClub will automatically generate a unique URL for your Shopify store, which connects MsgClub with your Shopify account. You need to paste this URL into your Shopify panel to complete the integration process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Webhook (Select One API): <\/strong>You need to select this API which is created by the MsgClub. It automatically sends messages to customers when predefined events are triggered.
  For example \u2013 when a customer\u2019s order is fulfilled, the API will send them an order fulfillment WhatsApp message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  Part 3: What to Do with the Webhook URL <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  Once the above step is complete then : –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Step 1:<\/strong> Log in to your Shopify<\/strong><\/a> account <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Step 2:<\/strong> Click on Settings<\/strong> in the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • URL: Paste the webhook URL provided by MsgClub.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Webhook Version: Select the latest version available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Note: Please use only the “Order Created” and “Order Fulfilled” events when creating a webhook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
