The steps below install the extension, authorize its connections, and enter your MsgClub details once. After that, everyone on the team can send.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 1 &#8211; CREATE YOUR ZOHO DESK ACCOUNT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not already have a Zoho Desk account, create one first \u2014 it is free. Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zoho.com\/desk\/,\">https:\/\/www.zoho.com\/desk\/,<\/a> click<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sign Up<\/strong>, create your account, then log in. If you already have an account, skip to the next step. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 2 &#8211; OPEN THE INSTALL PAGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the MsgClub Connect Desk install link (from the Marketplace listing, or the link shared with you). This lets the extension read your tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click <strong>Connect<\/strong>, sign in with <strong>your own<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"951\" height=\"635\" src=\"http:\/\/www.msgclub.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/setup-5-connect-zoho.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3456\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.msgclub.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/setup-5-connect-zoho.png 951w, https:\/\/www.msgclub.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/setup-5-connect-zoho-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.msgclub.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/setup-5-connect-zoho-768x513.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 951px) 100vw, 951px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zoho login<\/strong>, and allow access.<br>This uses <strong>your own account<\/strong> \u2014 you only ever see your own portal&#8217;s data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click <strong>Authorize<\/strong> at the top\u2010right to set up the connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP <strong>6 &#8211; <\/strong> CONNECT MSGCLUB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next, a window for <strong>MsgClub<\/strong> appears asking for a <strong>Username<\/strong> and <strong>Password<\/strong>. More guidance is in the <strong>Help Document<\/strong>, or write to <a href=\"mailto:support@msgclub.net\">support@msgclub.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Configuration<\/strong> screen. It is never shared, never shown to us, and never written to the API Log.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 9 &#8211; SEND YOUR FIRST MESSAGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setup is done. Open any ticket, open the <strong>MsgClub Connect Send<\/strong> panel on the right, choose <strong>Email<\/strong>, <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> or <strong>SMS<\/strong>, pick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a template (or type a message) and click <strong>Send<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This guide is for the <strong>admin<\/strong> who sets up the extension.
