The WhatsApp Business was created to help businesses keeping in mind the several use cases and functionalities a business needs to run their many operations. One such feature is WhatsApp Catalogue that has the ability to showcase and share products and services by creating a digital menu of sorts on the WhatsApp messaging app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The WhatsApp catalogue, once created, gets displayed on the business profile. This typically includes the title of every product or service on the digital menu\/ catalogue along with optional fields such as the pricing, description, website link and product code.     1. Allowing customers to type a shopping list and send back a Multi Product Message in response.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Navigating to a specific category. For example, Perfumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Sending personalized offers or recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
