Step 1 – Log in to your MSGCLUB account using your User Name and Password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 2 – From the Dashboard, click on Verified WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3 – In the left-hand menu, go to Integration, then choose IndiaMART.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 4 – Click on the \u201cAdd Configuration\u201d button to open the configuration popup form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5 – In the Add Configuration popup opens up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Configuration Name:<\/strong> Enter a unique and descriptive name (e.g., \u201cIndiaMART Leads Delhi\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\nNote – This is the name the user gives to identify their setup. Users can name it anything that helps them remember where the leads are coming from.

Webhook URL:<\/strong> This is pre-filled. Click Copy and paste this URL into your IndiaMART lead delivery settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNote – This is the special link (URL) generated by MSGCLUB. Users need to copy this URL and give it to IndiaMART. This URL automatically receives the leads when someone submits a requirement through IndiaMART.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IndiaMART Key:<\/strong> Enter your IndiaMART key for authentication.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNote – This is your IndiaMART Authentication Key, like an OTP which is used for validation but it is not necessary to fill the IndiaMART key<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Webhook (Select One API):<\/strong> Choose the internal API\/Webhook that should handle the lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNote – If a user is already using this service they can set their API from webhook but if a user is accessing this integration for the first time, they need to set up the Webhook API. For this, a ticket is raised automatically, and the MsgClub support team handles the setup. Once the setup is complete, the user can easily add the configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
