Any static thing like template name, message content, button value will not change because templates are approved from meta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note<\/strong> <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> If a customer hasn\u2019t responded to your message, you must wait up to 2 days (48 hours) before sending another broadcast. There are three ways you can send messages to customers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Import Contacts<\/strong> \u2013 Create a CSV file and enter all the contact numbers you want to send messages to, using the format provided by us. A list of your saved phonebook groups will appear on the right. Select the group you want to use \u2014 all contacts in that group will be automatically selected. Each template you\u2019ve added will be visible there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 8: <\/strong>Click on the template you want to send.
