Marketing, Utility, or Authentication.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marketing \u2013 Marketing is used for promotional and semi-promotional messages and it comes with many different types\u00a0 of features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utility- Utility is for transaction messages like bills, invoice etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authentication \u2013 Authentication is for verification codes and OTPs messages where the content is fixed and cannot be changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> To create an Order Status template, choose the Utility tab and in it choose <\/strong>Enter a unique name for your template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language<\/strong>: Choose the template language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Body:<\/strong> Write the main message for the broadcast.
