With this new update, you can now schedule your Voice SMS campaigns multiple times directly from the MsgClub panel. Simply select your preferred dates and times, and your messages will be automatically delivered to your customers.

The new Voice OBD Multiple Scheduling feature allows you to send the same voice message at different intervals with just a single click—giving you full flexibility to plan your communication in advance and reach customers at the perfect moment, whether it’s morning updates, mid-day offers, or evening reminders.

Many businesses today have dedicated marketing teams focused on maintaining brand consistency. These teams often prefer to run campaigns at different times with the same content and to the same customer. If a customer doesn’t answer the first call, the system will automatically retry during the next scheduled campaign, improving your connection rate.

This feature is available for both Voice OBD and DTMF campaigns, helping your business stay consistent, save time, and boost engagement with ease.

How to Schedule Multiple Voice Campaigns in MsgClub

1: Go to Voice Service and select Send Voice SMS.

2: Choose your Caller ID.

3: Enter the mobile numbers of your recipients.

4: Select your approved voice file.

5: Click on the Schedule button and set your preferred date and time for the first campaign delivery.

6: Then, click on the ‘+’ button — you’ll be asked to set the date and time again. Add and schedule your next campaign the same way.

Note: You can schedule your campaign up to 10 times by clicking the ‘+’ button each time and setting the desired date and time.

7: To check your scheduled campaigns, go to Delivery Report → Scheduled DLR. You’ll see all your scheduled campaigns listed here, and once they are delivered, they’ll automatically move to the Delivered DLR tab.
