Recently we have made some updations at our panel as per the client requirements as we want our clients to be happy all the time while running marketing campaigns from our gateway. Once you login to our web-based interface or panel (msg.msgclub.net) you will redirect on the default service window. For example: If you are using bulk SMS marketing service you get send SMS window. No matter what kind of service you’re taking from us our new update comes with all.
At our interface, you will get an option to live chat with our team members regarding your queries, issues, and concerns. Just above to that, as you move your cursor you’ll get three different options in orange, yellow and green color.
1. The one is for support ticket which is useful when you have any issues regarding technical thing or the delivery of sent messages. All you need to just click we will redirect you to the support ticket window from where you can generate a support ticket for assistance.
2. The second one is for the billing ticket. If you want to add a request for adding balance in your account or want to make payment in our bank account or wish to preview the list of pending payments than go into Billing ticket.
3. The third one is for Sender ID request approval. According to the guidelines you have to take approval before sending your messages to your recipients. In transactional you can choose sender ID as per your company, brand name in 6-alphabetic characters. In the promotional route, it is auto-generated from the carrier operator. Even, we provide you a whole list of sender ids along with the status for which you made a request at our platform.
