Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Access Airtel DLT Panel

  1. Open your Airtel DLT panel by clicking on the following link: Click Here.
  2. Log in using your username and password.

Step 2: Add TM ID in Panel

  1. Once logged in, navigate to “Manage SMS Workflow”.
  2. Select the option to add the TM ID in the panel.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete this step.

Step 3: PE-TM Registration

  1. On the main panel page, locate and click on “PE-TM Registration”.

Step 4: Start Creating PE-TM Registration

  1. A pop-up window will appear.
  2. Click on the “Start Creating” button to proceed.

Step 5: Enter DLT & TM ID

  1. Another pop-up window will appear.
  2. Select your DLT ID from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter the TM ID of MsgClub – 1002408235216785541.
  4. Click on the “Search” button.
  5. Scroll down to review the TM details.
  6. Click on “Proceed” to continue.

Step 6: Save the PE-TM Chain

  1. After clicking “Proceed”, you will see the Chain Option.
  2. Carefully review the chain details.
  3. Click on the “Save” button to finalize the process.

Step 7: Confirm the Process

  1. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
  2. Click on “OK” to confirm and proceed.

Step 8: Check PETM Status

  1. Once you confirm, you will be redirected to the PETM Main Page.
  2. In the Status Section, check the current status:
    • “Pending with TM”: The Telemarketer (TM) needs to approve the PETM request.
    • If pending, communicate with TM to follow up on the approval.

Step 9: Final Approval for PETM

  1. Once the TM approves the request, the status will change.
  2. “Pending at PE Final Approval” means further action is required.
  3. Click on the “Workflow” option.
  4. Provide Final Approval to complete the process.
