Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Click on this link https://www.ucc-bsnl.co.in, which will lead you to the below page, then click signup. 

Step 2: When you click on the signup button, it will lead you to the signup page. Click on ‘As Enterprise” to register your business/company as an entity on BSNL DLT. 

Step 3: A confirmation box will appear, click on ’Yes’ to proceed further. 

Step 4: Enter your business PAN number to register your business as an entity. If you are a small business and do not have a business PAN number then you can add your personal PAN details. 

Step 5: Then add your business name as registered on your PAN and registration certificate. Enter the email address and password that you will be using for your DLT account. 

Step 6: Now, enter your contact information and business owner information. 

Step 7: Fill in the details and add the requested documents to proceed. 

Step 8: Once done, you will receive an OTP on your mobile phone. Enter it to continue. 

Step 9: You will receive a verification link via email.

Note: This link will be valid for 24 hours only, so please make sure to use it before it expires.

Step 10: Once you receive the verification link, log in to your DLT portal. In the “Select your Area of Operation” section, choose “Enterprise” as your option.

Step 11: After selecting “Enterprise”, enter your login credentials that you receive on your mail to access your DLT panel.

Step 12: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

Step 13: Once you are logged in to your DLT panel, you will need to provide some basic details about your business, including:

  • Company Type: Select your company type (e.g., Private Limited, Partnership, etc.).
  • Industry Type: Choose the industry category that best describes your business.
  • Business Name: Enter the name of your business.
  • First Name: Enter your first name.
  • Last Name: Enter your last name.
  • Business Address: Provide the complete address of your business.

Step 14: Once you have filled in all the required information, click on the Continue button.

Step 15: On the next page, upload the necessary identity and business verification documents:

  • Business PAN Card – Upload a copy of your company’s PAN card.
  • Proof of Business Entity – Upload a valid document that verifies your business (e.g., GST certificate, registration certificate, etc.).
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) – Fill in the required details in the LOA and upload the signed document.
  • Authorized Signatory Letter – Upload a letter that confirms the authorized signatory of your business.

Step 16: After uploading all the required documents, you will need to add a telemarketer.

Step 17: In the telemarketer section:

  • Select The Basic Digital Solution as your telemarketer.
  • Enter the Telemarketer ID – 1002408235216785541.
  • Click on the Continue button.

Step 18: On the next page, proceed to make the payment for the DLT registration fee.

Step 19: Once your payment is successful, you will see an option to create your account. Click on “Continue to Create Account”.

Step 20: After clicking the button, your DLT account will be created within 48 hours. Once created, you can continue with the remaining steps of the DLT registration process like header approval process.

Note – Now, you will have to wait for 3-4 working days to receive approval for your business registered as an entity.
