Even though they have an approved Entity ID, Header, and Template, they cannot send messages until they link their account with their Telemarketer (MsgClub) through the PE-TM Chain. Once the chain is approved, the government can track all SMS traffic, ensuring security and compliance with TRAI regulations. Only after this step can the business start sending bulk promotional messages to promote their offers.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Login to Entity Panel

  1. Open the Jio DLT panel.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. Enter the received OTP and click Submit to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to My Telemarketer Section

  1. From the dashboard, click on My Telemarketer.
  2. Select My SMS Telemarketer.
  3. You will now be on the SMS Telemarketer page, where you can proceed with the PETM mapping.

Step 3: Create New TM Chain

  1. Click on the Create New Chain button to add a new TM chain process.

Step 4: Enter TM ID

  1. In the search box, enter TMID: 1002408235216785541.
  2. Click on the radio button next to the TMID.
  3. Click Submit Request to proceed.

Step 5: Confirm Request Submission

  1. A pop-up will appear for confirmation.
  2. Click on OK to finalize the request.

Step 6: Check Request Status

  1. Your request will now appear on the Requested Page.
  2. The status will show Pending Approval until the TM approves the request.
  3. You can communicate with TM for faster approval.

Step 7: Approval of TM Chain Request

  1. Once TM approves the request, it will appear on the Pending for Approval page.
  2. Click on the Action button.

Step 8: Final Approval of TM Chain Request

  1. On the Pending for Approval page, click on the Action button.
  2. In the Active section, you will see two options: Approved and Rejected.
  3. Click on Approved to accept the request.

Step 9: Select TM and Submit

  1. Search for TM ID from the list.
  2. Select the TM by clicking on the radio button.
  3. Click on the Submit button to complete the process.

Step 10: Final Confirmation

  1. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
  2. Click on the OK button to proceed.
  3. Your PETM process is now complete!
