Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Go to MsgClub Cloud Communication Platform Log in using your credentials.

Step 2: You’ll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Verify.

Step 3: Once verified, you’ll be redirected to the MsgClub dashboard, where you can select the Text Service.

Step 4: On the left side of the screen, find and click on the “Delivery Report” option to proceed.

Step 5: In the Delivery Report section, you’ll see all messages sent in the last 7 days, including details like message content, Request ID, sent time, route type, and delivery status.

Note: To view reports older than 7 days, click on the “More Days” tab.
Step 6: Click on any report to view more details. A graph will appear showing the delivery breakdown (delivered, failed, pending, etc.).

Step 7: To see individual message statuses, click on the “Detail by Table” option.

Note – You can also download detail by table report as well

Step 8: To download the report, click the Download icon. The file will be exported in CSV format.

Step 9: You can also resend messages to customers by selecting a specific status (e.g., failed) and clicking on the “Resend” button.
