If you have client information such as name, email ID, date of birth, etc., and want to include these details in WhatsApp messages, MsgClub allows you to do so through the Personalize Broadcast feature.
Create a message template with variables where you want the personalized details to appear. Then, when sending the message you can upload your customer contact list or create a phonebook group containing the client information. This way, you don’t need to change message templates repeatedly—personalized messages are add customer details automatically using the uploaded data.
Important Note:
This blog is intended for existing users who have already completed the following steps:
- Signed up on MsgClub
- Completed number configuration and embedded signup
- Completed business verification on Meta
- Added a payment card
- Are familiar with using MsgClub’s Verified WhatsApp Service, including creating templates and checking delivery reports
Once your WhatsApp template is created, you can start using the Personalised Broadcast feature right away.
